We strive for every Happy Craft dessert to bring you only pleasure. Since we work with food products, there are certain return rules established by the legislation of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172).

1. If the product is of proper quality

According to the law, food products of proper quality (fresh, with observance of expiration dates and integrity of the packaging) are not subject to return or exchange. Therefore, please carefully check the composition and appearance of the order upon receipt.

2. When are we ready to make an exchange or refund?

We are responsible for the quality of our products and service. You can count on compensation in the following cases:

• Non-conformity with the order: you received the wrong set or the wrong flavor that you ordered.

• Violation of integrity during delivery: if the dessert was damaged during transportation by our courier service (if you noticed this at the time of receipt).

• Inadequate quality: if you have reasonable doubts about the freshness of the product (within the expiration date).

3. Return procedure If you find a problem:

• Take a photo of the damaged product or packaging.

• Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order by phone +38-067-612-41-43 or via Viber.

• Describe the situation and send a photo.

4. Options for resolving the situation

Depending on the situation, we will offer you:

• Full or partial replacement of the product at our expense.

• Cash compensation to your bank card (within 1-3 business days).

• Discount or bonus for the next order.

5. Important notes

• We will not be able to accept claims if the product was damaged due to improper storage after receipt.

• Be sure to check the order in the presence of the courier or at a Nova Poshta branch.
